The room is huge, it is an apartment with a complete kitchen. The mattress are very comfortable. The only thing that is not clear on the site is that If you take an apartment with only one bedroom, only a little child can sleep on the sofa. Maybe they can put an extra bed in the living room. In our case, they were very kind offering to open the second room for our teenager. Then it was completely comfortable, with two restrooms, 3 tv sets, dvd player, much more than we can use for 2 nights.

The breakfast could be a little better. The coffee seems to be only water for those who like a very strong coffee, and I did't see hot chocolate to drink instead. Of course it is only a detail, but the view of our apartment was not nice at all, as we had an ugly bridge quite in front of us. We were on the right side of the building. The opposite side must have a very nice view of Victoria.

We enjoyed the beautiful two bedroom suite overlooking the bay. The continental breakfast was excellent too!!

Only complaint was that one waitress attending tables during the continental breakfast was not friendly.

    Space, the suite was excellent.

The entrance was under construction and we had to enter the hotel via the underground car park which was wet, damp and did not seem very safe. The 1st evening we were allowed to use the main door but when we checked out 3 days later we had to leave via the under ground car park. No mention was ever made during the booking process that construction work would be going on.

It is convenient to downtown, shopping, waterfront walks, parks and great museum. The suites are very well laid out and comfortable. The staff pleasant.

The room had not been dusted in a while.

  • Older travelers

The suite was very large and the bed was very comfortable.

Location, size (two bedroom unit), decor, beds, tvs in bedrooms and living room, kitchen, balcony- pretty much everything. Oh, breakfast too. Liked the washer and dryer, we were lucky enough to be right next door!

We liked to cook in and found the kitchen was not as fully furnished as we would have liked and expected. Needs more dishes etc. especially needs leftover food storage containers and would appreciate cleanable placemats (maybe coated wipable kind?) .

Very clean with good location and friendly staff.

  • Couple
    10.0

The room we stayed in was very spacious which we weren't expecting and the location was perfect as it was close to everything. Also, the fact that parking and breakfast were free was a bonus.

The wifi was not working properly.

Nice location. Beautiful views of the harbor.

Diesel smell when opening the doors to the balcony/patio. Still not sure of a charge to my credit card.

  • Family with children

Great location for family get-together. Children enjoyed watching the harbour activities. Easy to get around Victoria.

    No restaurant.

  • Older travelers

We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, well furnished and well equipped. The stay exceeded our expectations.

  • Family with children
    9.6

Hotel was located in downtown Victoria and within walking distance to most places. Upon our arrival, since we had our 12 year old with us, they had upgraded us to a one bedroom suite which was huge with a full kitchen.

It would have been great if the hotel had a swimming pool / sauna. Breakfast was continental breakfast.

  • Family with children

The room and view were spectacular. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the sea planes take off and the ferries arriving. Beautiful.

The breakfast staff were a little harried. Too many diners, not enough tables. However, after a brief wait they will get you seated.

  • Older travelers
    9.6

Great location with outstanding views of inner harbor. Rooms spacious, modern, well appointed.

Breakfast is barest of minimum. Pancake/waffle-maker would be welcome upgrade. Scrambed eggs and bacon would be even better.

  • Older travelers

The location is great, the room was nice, breakfast was very nice.

The pictures on the website were very deceptive. We assumed you had a beautiful bar with a few. This is why we chose your site over another. I have never stayed at a nice city hotel that didn't have a bar/restaurant. What's up with that? There was a mini bar list in the room but no liquor?
